Innovative Broker Solutions, Inc. (IBS Companies) was formed in 1998, and began as a credit education company. The mission of IBS was to educate financial services professionals so they could offer better services to their clients. From those modest beginnings, IBS embarked on specific acquisitions and development of joint ventures to expand its products and services needed by the lending industry. Many of these products and services have been the result of business relationships developed over years of working closely together with our partners in this industry.
Primarily a financial services development and marketing company, IBS operates as a California-based corporation, dedicated to assisting the financial services industry with products and services to accommodate the facilitation of productivity and profit growth, while providing the end client, the consumer, with the highest value results achievable. The majority of IBS’s affiliates are located on the west coast. However, the firm expects to continue to expand nationally over the next two years and take the steps to become a publicly traded company.
